The people who may be marrying during or after KKB are;

Princess Araxie Lean Haldane, Baroness Dunluce, daughter of Richard Haldane
Becon Ramsay, son of Lord Jolyon the current Pretender to Meara

Cuan and Gwenlian
The Kingdons on Howicce and LLannedd are jointly ruled by King Colman II. A difference in the rules of inheritance means that the eldest female heir can rule in LLannedd. So at present the Kingdoms will be split between Cuan and Gwenlian unless King Colman II fathers a son. Cuan and Gwenlian are cousins.
At present, most people believe that Cuan is going to marry Araxie, but this is a pretense to hide the fact that he wants marry Gwenlian, (and Gwenlian wants to marry Cuan). The reason for the pretense is that King Colman does not like Prince Cuan and would be against the match if he knew about it.
Rezza
Rezza Elisabet is the daughter of Letald von Horthy, Hort of Orsal and Sovereign Prince of Tralia and Sharifa Husniyya daughter of Rauf al-Zaman King of R'Kassi. Although the Count Teymuraz, younger brother of Duke Mahael, seems to like her.
Richelle and Araxie
The marriage between Richelle and Brecon Ramsay has already been arranged.
Araxie will be marrying Kelson. This has been arranged by Rothana and she tells Kelson about this in Chapter 1. Apparently Araxie is having deryni training from Richenda's Uncle Azim and she already has a strong deryni inheritence through her mother. Also I think that someone said that she has blond hair, something different for Kelson.

Becon and Noelie are the latest descendants of Magrette Princess of Meara who married Lord Edward Ramsay of Cloome. Their father, Lord Jolyon, is next in line to the throne of Meara after the descendants of Princess Magrette's elder sisters.
Becon is to marry Richelle.
I believe that Noelie is to marry Rory.
